On my journey out of corporate life I wrote a book – The Punch Paradox – about Punch and Judy. Punch is a character that fascinates me. Why do we love this murdering misogynist?

The book was awful – I binned it. It spawned another project so I put that up for crowdfunding at unbound and “The Power of Soft” was born.

This led to a deeper enquiry and in 2019, “Fear Hack”, a book born out of my fear workshops, was published.
