Strong Core is from “The Power of Soft”.
What I noticed was that we often put up a hard front.
Tough and Strong on the outside.
But when you push, we are softer inside.
Strong Core puts it the other way round.
With a Strong Core we can have a Soft Front.
It’s Pilates for the Mind.
Two main things make up a Strong Core
having a better understanding of what we really need
and a rebooting of how we understand and project our power
The Soft Front is about challenging our awareness
and refocusing on relationships.
It works for negotiation but it also seems to work for everything else.
Isn’t everything else a negotiation anyway?
